The Sumter County Panthers basketball team (Americus, GA), was overwhelmed 51-30 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Westover Patriots (Albany, GA)

The Patriots now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bullock County for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 29.

The Panthers (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Lee County (Leesburg, GA). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record.
