The Vestavia Hills Rebels basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Hoover Buccaneers to 43 in the Rebels non-league victory on Saturday.

The Rebels now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thompson for a contest on Friday, January 13.

The Buccaneers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Thompson (Alabaster, AL). The Warriors come into the contest with a 4-4 record.
