The Scott's Branch Eagles (Summerton, SC) basketball knocked off the visiting Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), 45-35 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Lakewood (Sumter, SC). The Gators go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Lakewood went down by West Florence (Florence, SC), 33-26, in a non-league test.
The Monarchs now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Latta for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3.
