Avon Eagles (Avon, OH) followers left the game happy Sunday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH), 6-3 in a league match.
The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Normandy (Parma, OH). The Invaders enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Normandy by Aurora (Aurora, OH), 5-2, in a league contest.
The Rangers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roosevelt for a contest on Thursday, January 18.
