The Grace Classical Christian Academy Gryphons basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Azle Christian Fighting Crusaders to 39 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gryphons now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Hill County for a game on Friday, January 10.

With the loss, Azle Christian falls to 11-5 on the campaign. The Fighting crusaders host Heritage Christian Academy (Haslet, TX) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. The Lions go into the game with a record of 1-7. Heritage Christian Academy lost 66-22 in their recent league game against Grace Christian Academy (Perrin, TX)
