Ohio High School Basketball - Badger trounced by Mathews

Mathews Mustangs (Vienna, OH) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Badger Braves (Kinsman, OH), 76-52 in a league match.

With the victory, Mathews advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Mustangs host St. John (Ashtabula, OH) to face the Fighting Herald in a Northeastern match on Friday, December 20. The Fighting Herald enter the match with a record of 2-1. St. John won 71-66 in their recent league match against Windham (Windham, OH)

The Braves now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cardinal for a non-league match on Friday, December 20. Badger will face a Huskies squad coming off a 65-23 league loss to Crestwood (Mantua, OH). The Huskies record now stands at 2-5.
