The Ballard Bombers basketball team scored 79 points and limited the visiting Carlisle Wildcats to 60 in the Bombers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bombers now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to A-D-M for a Raccoon River game on Friday, December 20. Ballard will confront a Tigers team coming off a 80-50 league win over Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Carlisle falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Gilbert (Gilbert, IA) to confront the Tigers in a Raccoon River game on Friday, December 20. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 5-1. Gilbert lost 79-72 in their recent non-league game against Pella (Pella, IA)
