The Bulldogs (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Carolina Academy was knocked off by Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC), 53-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 18. Southside will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Blue Flame come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 76-39 non-league loss to Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC).
