California High School Basketball - Boron overwhelmed by Desert

December 17, 2024: Boron, CA 93516

In Tuesday's league test, the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) basketball squad trounced the host Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA), by a score of 67-26.

Next, the Scorpions encounter the California City Ravens (California City, CA) in a High Desert test, on Friday, December 20. Desert will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Ravens come into the test with a 7-3 record after their 73-46 league win over Rosamond (Rosamond, CA).

The Bobcats (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA). The Broncs come into the High Desert test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Kern Valley was routed by Bishop Union (Bishop, CA), 46-40, in a league test.
