The Broadway Gobblers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Rockbridge County Wildcats to 35 in the Gobblers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gobblers now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Spotswood for a Valley game on Friday, December 20. Broadway will confront a Trailblazers team coming off a 74-42 league win over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Rockbridge County falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA) to confront the Little Giants in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. The Little Giants go into the game with a record of 1-4. Waynesboro lost 54-51 in their recent non-league game against Page County (Shenandoah, VA)
