The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hayden Wildcats (Hayden, AL) and the visiting Center Point Eagles (Birmingham, AL), observed Hayden's basketball team overwhelm Center Point by a margin of 71-30.

The Wildcats (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Herriman (West Herriman, UT). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Herriman trounced Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT), 71-66, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Corner Yellow Jackets (Warrior, AL) in a 5A Area 12 challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Center Point will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 63-58 non-league win over Dora (Dora, AL).
