Virginia High School Basketball - Riverheads knocked off by Central Woodstock

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA) basketball squad knocked off the host Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA), by a score of 67-55.

Next, the Falcons encounter the Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) in a Bull Run test, on Thursday, December 19. Central Woodstock will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 90-48 non-league loss to Skyline (Front Royal, VA).

The Gladiators (3-4) will now prepare for their test against James River (Buchanan, VA). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, James River beat Craig County (New Castle, VA), 46-40, in a non-league test.
