The Temple Wildcats basketball team scored 51 points and limited the host Copperas Cove Bulldawgs to 42 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Midway for a 6A Region II District 12 game on Friday, December 20. Temple will confront a Panthers team coming off a 46-45 league loss to Bryan (Bryan, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Copperas Cove falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Bulldawgs travel to Belton (Belton, TX) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 14-3. Belton won 58-47 in their recent non-league game against Elgin (Elgin, TX)
