The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) and the visiting Ferris Yellowjackets (Ferris, TX), observed Kennedale's basketball team overwhelm Ferris by a margin of 78-37.

The Wildcats (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX). The Eagles come into the 4A Region II District 12 challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, Hillsboro was trounced by Venus (Venus, TX), 54-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Hillsboro Eagles (Hillsboro, TX) in a 4A Region II District 12 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Ferris will attempt to better on its 13-10 season record.
