The Flatonia Bulldogs basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Luling Eagles to 50 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Shiner for a 2A Region IV District 28 game on Monday, December 30. Flatonia will confront a Comanches team coming off a 70-56 non-league loss to Sacred Heart (Hallettsville, TX). The Comanches record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Luling falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Blanco (Blanco, TX) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 7-3. Blanco lost 54-32 in their recent non-league game against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX)
