In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting South Hardin Tigers basketball team scored a good 57-45 triumph over the Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels.
The Tigers (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Aplington-Parkersburg topped Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA), 62-56, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Jesup J-Hawks (Jesup, IA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The J-Hawks go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 55-46 league loss to Union (La Porte City, IA).
