The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH) and the visiting Maplewood Rockets (Cortland, OH), observed Grand Valley's basketball team overwhelm Maplewood by a margin of 64-30.

The Mustangs (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chalker (Southington, OH). The Wildcats come into the Northeastern challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Chalker trounced Bloomfield (North Bloomfield, OH), 58-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rockets battle the Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH) in a Northeastern challenge, on Friday, December 20. Maplewood will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 78-20 league loss to Bristol (Bristolville, OH).
