The Huron River Rats basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Pioneer Pioneers to 40 in the River Rats league triumph on Tuesday.

The River Rats now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Inter-City Baptist for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Huron will confront a Chargers team coming off a 76-57 non-league win over University Liggett (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Pioneer falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to East Kentwood (Kentwood, MI) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 2-1. East Kentwood won 68-46 in their recent non-league game against Norrix (Kalamazoo, MI)
