The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Skyline Thunderbirds (Pratt, KS) and the host Kinsley Coyotes (Kinsley, KS), observed Skyline's basketball team overcome Kinsley by a margin of 61-47.

The Thunderbirds (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against South Central (Coldwater, KS). The Timberwolves come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, South Central defeated Attica (Attica, KS), 59-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Coyotes battle the Ness City Eagles (Ness City, KS) in a Central Prairie challenge, on Friday, December 20. Kinsley will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 58-30 non-league loss to Hodgeman County (Jetmore, KS).
