The Lakeland Eagles basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Walled Lake Western Warriors to 50 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Holly for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. Lakeland will confront a Bronchos team coming off a 55-49 non-league loss to Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). The Bronchos record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Walled Lake Western falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Kettering (Waterford, MI) to confront the Captains in a Lakes Valley game on Thursday, December 19. The Captains go into the game with a record of 1-5. Kettering lost 73-54 in their recent league game against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI)
