In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Pequot Lakes Patriots basketball team scored a big 69-33 triumph over the Little Falls Flyers.
The Patriots (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Crosby-Ironton (Crosby, MN). The Rangers go into the AA Section 7 contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Crosby-Ironton was trounced by Braham (Braham, MN), 77-67, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Flyers confront the Fergus Falls Otters (Fergus Falls, MN) in a AAA Section 8 contest, on Thursday, December 19. Little Falls will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Otters go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 67-46 non-league loss to Sartell-St. Stephen (Sartell, MN).
