In Tuesday's league contest, the host Lowell Catholic Crusaders basketball team scored a big 87-50 triumph over the Whittier RVT Wildcats.
The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Reggies go into the Commonwealth - Upper contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Greater Lawrence Tech smashed Greater Lowell Tech (Tyngsborough, MA), 65-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate Panthers (Lynn, MA) in a Commonwealth - Upper contest, on Friday, December 20. Whittier RVT will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 58-52 league loss to Shawsheen Valley Tech (Billerica, MA).
