Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Marion Center triumphant over Penns Manor

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA) and the host Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA), observed Marion Center's basketball team overwhelm Penns Manor by a margin of 65-41.

The Stingers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Purchase Line (Commodore, PA). The Red Dragons come into the Heritage challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Purchase Line was trounced by West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA), 65-35, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Comets battle the Harmony Area Owls (Westover, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 18. Penns Manor will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 42-41 non-league loss to Purchase Line (Commodore, PA).
