In Tuesday's league test, the Moriah Vikings (Port Henry, NY) basketball squad defeated the host Ticonderoga Sentinels (Ticonderoga, NY), by a final score of 60-50.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Saranac Lake Red Storm (Saranac Lake, NY) in a Section 7 Champlain Valley II test, on Thursday, December 19. Moriah will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Red Storm come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 59-56 league win over Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY).

The Sentinels (1-5) will now prepare for their test against AuSable Valley (Clintonville, NY). The Patriots come into the Section 7 Champlain Valley II test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, AuSable Valley went down by Massena (Massena, NY), 58-42, in a non-league test.
