The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) and the host Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), observed Southlake Carroll's basketball team overcome Northwest by a margin of 31-17.

The Dragons (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bell (Hurst, TX). The Blue Raiders come into the 6A Region I District 4 challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Bell defeated Keller Central (Keller, TX), 77-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Texans battle the Azle Hornets (Azle, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Northwest will attempt to better on its 1-17 season record.
