The Penncrest Lions basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host Springfield Cougars to 43 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Marple Newtown for a Central game on Friday, December 20.
With the loss, Springfield falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Chichester (Boothwyn, PA) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, December 23. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-4.
