Washington High School Basketball - Royal overwhelms Wapato

The Royal Knights basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Wapato Wolves to 44 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Wahluke for a 1A South Central - East game on Friday, December 20. Royal will confront a Warriors team coming off a 54-29 non-league win over Naches Valley (Naches, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Wapato falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Riverside (Chattaroy, WA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Rams go into the game with a record of 5-1. Riverside won 61-59 in their recent non-league game against West Valley (Spokane, WA)
