The University Liggett Knights basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Shrine Catholic Knights to 24 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Clintondale for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. University Liggett will confront a Dragons team coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to New Haven (New Haven, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Shrine Catholic falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to confront the Cranes in a Catholic Intersectional I game on Thursday, December 19. The Cranes go into the game with a record of 4-2. Cranbrook Kingswood won 60-56 in their recent non-league game against Lutheran North (Macomb, MI)
