The West Mesquite Wranglers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Wilson Wildcats to 51 in the Wranglers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wranglers now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they host Spruce for a 5A Region II District 14 game on Friday, December 20. West Mesquite will play a Timberwolves team coming off a 45-26 league loss to Adams (Dallas, TX). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Wilson falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Samuell (Dallas, TX) to play the Spartans in a 5A Region II District 14 game on Friday, December 20. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 0-15. Samuell lost 61-22 in their recent league game against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)
