Orange Vista Coyotes (Perris, CA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Citrus Valley Blackhawks (Redlands, CA), 60-56 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Orange Vista advances its record to 5-5 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Liberty (Winchester, CA) to meet the Bison in a match on Thursday, December 19. The Bison enter the match with a record of 6-3. Liberty won 72-37 in their recent non-league match against Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA)

The Blackhawks now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Redlands for a match on Tuesday, January 7.
