The Webb Schools Gauls (Claremont, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Azusa Aztecs (Azusa, CA), 26-22 in a non-league match.
With the victory, The Webb Schools advances its record to 2-8 on the year. The Gauls host Calvary Baptist (La Verne, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 7-3. Calvary Baptist won 37-19 in their recent league match against Bethel Christian (Riverside, CA)
The Aztecs now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Dimas for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 18. Azusa will face a Saints squad coming off a 53-47 non-league loss to Bonita (La Verne, CA). The Saints record now stands at 5-5.
