Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Conemaugh Valley crushed by Blacklick Valley

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) and the visiting Conemaugh Valley Blue Jays (Johnstown, PA), observed Blacklick Valley's basketball team overwhelm Conemaugh Valley by a score of 76-38.

The Vikings (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Glendale was routed by Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA), 34-29, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Jays encounter the Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA) in a Heritage challenge, on Wednesday, December 18. Conemaugh Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 62-39 league loss to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA).
