In Tuesday's league test, the Broadway Gobblers (Broadway, VA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA), by a score of 67-33.

Next, the Gobblers clash with the Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) in a Valley test, on Friday, December 20. Broadway will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Trailblazers come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 62-11 league win over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).

The Wildcats (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants come into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Waynesboro was routed by James River (Buchanan, VA), 49-33, in a non-league test.
