The Links (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE). The Navigators come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln North Star trounced Lincoln Northeast (Lincoln, NE), 71-24, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bison encounter the Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE) in a A District 1 challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Buena Vista will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 59-13 non-league win over Omaha South (Omaha, NE).
