The Tigers (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Leon (Jewett, TX). The Cougars go into the 2A Region III District 20 contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Leon was topped by Lovelady (Lovelady, TX), 52-44, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Normangee Panthers (Normangee, TX) in a 2A Region III District 20 contest, on Friday, December 20. Centerville will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 67-40 league loss to Grapeland (Grapeland, TX).
