Virginia High School Basketball - Riverheads succumbs to Central Woodstock

The Central Woodstock Falcons defeated the visiting Riverheads Gladiators basketball squad by a final score of 65-49 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Falcons clash with the Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) in a Bull Run outing, on Thursday, December 19. Central Woodstock will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 53-47 non-league loss to Skyline (Front Royal, VA).

The Gladiators (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Stonewall Jackson (Quicksburg, VA). The Generals enter the non-league match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Stonewall Jackson lost by Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA), 60-32, in a non-league match.
