In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Trinity Academy Knights basketball team scored a good 38-25 triumph over the Cheney Cardinals.
The Knights (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, KS). The Trojans go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Hillsboro topped Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS), 44-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cardinals confront the Garden Plain Owls (Garden Plain, KS) in a Central Plains contest, on Friday, December 20. Cheney will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Owls go into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 61-21 non-league loss to Hesston (Hesston, KS).
