In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Pigeon Forge Tigers basketball team scored a good 69-61 win over the Cosby Eagles.
The Tigers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin County (Winchester, TN). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Franklin County was topped by Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN), 44-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Unaka Rangers (Elizabethton, TN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 19. Cosby will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Rangers come into the contest with a 9-3 record after their 41-35 non-league win over Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA).
