Texas High School Basketball - South Houston overwhelmed by Dawson

In Tuesday's league test, the Dawson Eagles (Pearland, TX) basketball squad trounced the visiting South Houston Trojans (South Houston, TX), by a score of 82-27.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Sam Rayburn Texans (Pasadena, TX) in a 6A Region III District 22 test, on Friday, December 20. Dawson will attempt to improve on its 17-3 season record. The Texans come into the test with a 0-14 record after their 78-16 league loss to Manvel (Manvel, TX).

The Trojans (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Dobie (Houston, TX). The Longhorns come into the 6A Region III District 22 test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Dobie was routed by Pearland (Pearland, TX), 76-26, in a league test.
