In Tuesday's league contest, the host Diboll Lumberjacks basketball team scored a good 48-28 triumph over the Pineywoods Community Academy Timberwolves.

The Lumberjacks (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX). The Blue Devils go into the 3A Region III District 21 contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Central Heights topped Huntington (Huntington, TX), 57-42, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Timberwolves battle the Woodville Eagles (Woodville, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. Pineywoods Community Academy will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record.
