In Tuesday's league test, the Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME) basketball squad trounced the host Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), by a score of 70-32.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Belfast Lions (Belfast, ME) in a B North test, on Thursday, December 19. Erskine Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 48-46 non-league win over Mount View (Thorndike, ME).
The Huskies (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Winslow (Winslow, ME). The Black Raiders come into the B North test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Winslow was routed by Morse (Bath, ME), 43-27, in a non-league test.
