Illinois High School Basketball - Freeport routs Harlem

December 17, 2024: Machesney Park, IL 61115

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Freeport Pretzels basketball team scored a big 66-38 triumph over the Harlem Huskies.

The Pretzels (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Vikings go into the Northern Illinois 10 contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Guilford smashed Rockford East (Rockford, IL), 98-38, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Huskies battle the Belvidere Bucs (Belvidere, IL) in a Northern Illinois 10 contest, on Friday, December 20. Harlem will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Bucs go into the contest with a 9-5 record after their 80-67 non-league win over Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL).
