The Hephzibah Rebels basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host West Laurens Raiders to 54 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now possess a 2-8 record. They play next when they host Lakeside for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Hephzibah will confront a Panthers team coming off a 67-27 non-league loss to Josey (Augusta, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, West Laurens falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Raiders host Harlem (Harlem, GA) to confront the Bulldogs in a AAA Region 4 game on Friday, December 20. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 4-5. Harlem won 42-38 in their recent league game against Aquinas (Augusta, GA)
