In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Jim Ned Indians basketball team scored a close 40-36 win over the Wylie Bulldogs.
The Indians (16-1) will now prepare for their contest against San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX). The Eagles come into the 3A Region I District 6 contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy was tipped by Wall (Wall, TX), 84-18, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. Wylie will attempt to better on its 14-4 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 5-10 record after their 75-31 non-league loss to Seminole (Seminole, TX).
