The Seguin Matadors basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Lanier Voks to 21 in the Matadors league triumph on Tuesday.

The Matadors now possess a 7-13 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson for a 5A Region IV District 27 game on Friday, December 20. Seguin will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 56-54 league win over Lanier (San Antonio, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-14.

With the loss, Lanier falls to 2-20 on the campaign. The Voks host Edison (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Golden Bears in a 5A Region IV District 27 game on Friday, December 20. The Golden Bears go into the game with a record of 5-16. Edison lost 40-39 in their recent league game against Fox Tech (San Antonio, TX)
