In Tuesday's league contest, the host Tuckerman Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 60-30 triumph over the Mammoth Spring Bears.
The Bulldogs (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pocahontas (Pocahontas, AR). The Redskins go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Pocahontas smashed Hillcrest (Strawberry, AR), 42-40, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Izard County Cougars (Brockwell, AR) in a 2A Region 2 contest, on Friday, December 20. Mammoth Spring will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 55-49 league win over Cedar Ridge (Newark, AR).
