The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Perry Central Commodores (Leopold, IN) and the visiting Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN), observed Perry Central's basketball team overwhelm Pike Central by a score of 53-22.

The Commodores (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Orleans (Orleans, IN). The Bulldogs come into the Patoka Lake challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Orleans trounced West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN), 64-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) in a Pocket challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Pike Central will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 55-47 league win over South Spencer (Rockport, IN).
