The Pine Hill Warriors (Pine Hill, NM) basketball were winner over the visiting Zuni Thunderbirds (Zuni, NM), 44-36 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Gila Ridge for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 19. Pine Hill will play a Hawks team coming off a 72-41 non-league loss to Hamilton (Chandler, AZ). The Hawks record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Zuni falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds host Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM) to play the Rattlers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 2. The Rattlers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Tucumcari won 47-32 in their recent non-league game against Jal (Jal, NM)
