The Catamounts (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons come into the challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Green Hope prevailed over Apex Friendship (Apex, NC), 62-12, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Apex will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 56-19 non-league win over Scotland (Laurinburg, NC).
