The Warriors now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to West Lauderdale for a 4A Region 4 bout on Thursday, December 19. Choctaw Central will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Newton County (Decatur, MS). The Knights record now stands at 10-1.

With the loss, Leake Central moves to 2-5 on the year. The Gators travel to Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS) to encounter the Trojans in a 4A Region 4 bout on Thursday, December 19. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Northeast Lauderdale lost 6-1 in their recent non-league bout against New Hope (Columbus, MS)
